I accidentally ordered the wrong case size for my daughter. Kimberly assisted me and helped with the exchange of the case. She was helpful and professional. With great customer service like this, I will be ordering again.

In the meantime (january 10 2024), wildflower cases contacted me and I got a certain refund for the inconvenience. And they even sent the parcel with a tracking number that works. Probably thanks to my review on this site, I was contacted and helped by wildflower cases. My review from january 7 2024: Very dissapointing custumoer service It’s been over a month that I placed my order and I still haven’t received it (I live in Switzerland, ordered on 1 of December 2023). I Received an email to say the article is ready for shipping but weeks later it still hasn’t actually been sent (contacted DHL). So my order is missing. Customer service of wildflower responded quickly but was not at all helpful to assist with replacement or help me tracking the item down. They said that the item has already left their business and that they could not do anything for me. I should contact DHL or the customs. Request from my side to get a refund was not answered. Now they ignore emails. If you are from Europe/not within the USA, don’t order. Too complicated to do anything if you are not receiving the item.

Lost case, replacement after a while

After giving wildflower a really bad review here for FedEx losing my case and they not responding to my 3 emails, they finally contacted me and offered me a full refund or a replacement item with a 30% discount. Excellent customer service once they actually get back to you.

In this age of doing business online

In this age of doing business online, there has been a loss of that personal attention that used to exist. The WILDFLOWER company has retained that personal touch with its customers.
