Just like everyone else is saying. I ordered my case on October 2nd. It is now October 17th and I still haven’t received the case. I am in Canada so it’s not that far from where it’s being shipped from. The estimated shipping date was 2 to 7 days. It’s been over two weeks. I didn’t receive tracking info so I contacted them and they have me a non working linking. Finally I managed to find the working tracking link and there was NO updates. I contacted them again and never received a response. This is such poor customer service. Order a phone case off Amazon, you’ll actually receive by the time they say it will arrive and you don’t pay a ridiculous amount of money for it. Also better customer service with Amazon than Wildflower. I wrote them a third message saying how unsatisfied I am; let’s see if they reply or do something.

I don't know why I'm seeing so many bad…

I don't know why I'm seeing so many bad reviews for this company. I've bought from wildflower cases from many years and never had any issues, they've always lasted me a long time and the quality was good. I'm from the UK and it took exactly 2 weeks to get here (I expected that because it's from America) customer service also responded in 48 hours and sent me a tracking link which updates frequently. Thank you!

WF case

The customer service was poor, I only got a first reply but when I sent a response to the reply I got nothing. The shipping is mid, it was rarely updated and took about 3 weeks to get here. But the case was good

Don’t buy when you are from Europe

Don’t buy when you are from Europe. Placed an order two weeks ago, received a tracking link last week that doesn’t even work. For such an expensive phone case it’s ridiculous. You will probably receive your package earlier when you order a 3 euro phone case from AliExpress.

Worst customer service ever

Placed an order (#2266608) and was then told it did not go through and i would be provided a full refund so i placed another order (#2278068) as i awaited my refund i was then told my initial order was shipped so contacted the customer service email and was told that they couldn’t find any orders under my name. Since then I have emailed multiple times and received no response. Today I received an email telling me my most recent order has shipped. Both of the shipping emails contain tracking links which do not work. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen they can’t even be bothered to reply.

Shipping is a mess & Customer Service won’t give you a straight answer

I placed an order 26/09 - when checking out it said it can take up to 3 working days to ship and express shipping means it should reach me in 4-6 days - my emails claim it has shipped 6 days later - i ordered express delivery and it’s still yet to arrive. I have contacted the customer service team who took another 3 days to get back to me & told me my order had been dispatched - but the shipping link they gave me is not a usable or trackable link. I contacted them on their instagram 4 days ago with no response yet. When i did get my shipping email 2 days ago, it had a different tracking link that also doesn’t work. When i use the track my order System on their website it says my order has been placed but not shipped yet. Customer Services with them is all over the show - and considering i was expected to have my parcel by now - I am yet to get a straight answer on where my parcel actually is - or if it’s been shipped at all - and a viable link or tracking number to track my order. Considering these phone cases are upwards of £35 each + shipping - their customer service needs to do better - and at the very least they need to be more transparent about dispatch & shipping times for international orders on their website/checkout. If I do even get my order - which after reading more reviews it appears I may do eventually (months later) or if I ever receive a valid tracking link - I will not be ordering from them again. At the very least the websites shipping information should be correct & customer services should give you a straight answer. If you are an international shopper (not from the US) - do not waste your time & Money! These reviews speak for themselves!

Be patient

I live in the uk and it was 2 weeks after I placed my order that my phone case was dispatched and took another 2 weeks to get to me but did arrive perfectly a day before a month since I ordered, so be patient or bear that in mind before ordering. However I was very surprised when I opened my package and found not only the case I ordered but free stickers AND 2 FREE PHONE CASES! The case I ordered was in the sale as well, so although I did get a little impatient towards the end I was very happy with my purchase

Where is my phone case?

My order is completed but I never received it, the shipment tracking website they provided doesn't exist so I don't have my tracking number. I emailed customer support email couple times but got no response back, and no one seems to ever pick up the customer line.

Awful Shipping Times

I ordered one of their cases for my girlfriends birthday (20th Sept) on 6th Sept and the shipping said 4-6 business days. So it was ordered well in advance (according to their quoted shipping times). Looking at the tracking it wasn't dispatched from the US until 22nd September, and I've had no updates on it since. I emailed their support who have been good at getting back to me when I have emailed, and they gave me a tracking link after my initial one didn't work. But no updates on it since 22nd Sept, so no idea when or if it will be delivered. The case finally arrived on 30th Sept. If Wildflower ever read this, please update your estimated delivery for international orders. 4-6 business days is clearly not the case, 7-30 days for international orders would set expectations for the customer.

Good experience

I ordered this case last month and it finally arrived. I’m really happy and the case looks so good! The tracking link updated after a while and every day I could follow my case. Thanks wildflower cases for the beautiful case.🩷
