Awesome and fast customer service
Ordered here from here twice and customer service is great :) I had a problem tracking my order so they sent me new tracking info within hours of my email. Will definitely be ordering again cause I need the kitten case <3
Nearly two months and hasn’t been shipped out yet?
Why promote shipping to the UK if you cant even do it yourselves? I ordered a case in July, and it never shipped out. the order ended up being cancelled due to low stock and I accepted that and repurchased a new case. that was on the 4th of August. It’s been a month and a bit and I still have no clue where the case is. The fact that I payed over £40 for this case is ridiculous, considering customer service is awful and I nor received tracking, nor have been updated about where my case is. I have written an email asking to speak to somebody about a return or a refund, seeing as I cant do it online, but instead have to PAY to call them and ask for some sort of return. I can’t believe how awful this entire situation has been. My emails aren’t being responded to and I still have absolutely no idea where this case even is. Probably hasn’t even been shipped out yet. I will not be buying from them ever again, and this experience has made me unexcited for the case to even come I’m just waiting for it so I can ship it right back. I’d just like a refund.

not sure why these review ratings are so low, I always have the best experience with customer service, my case came within a week & a half and I love it, customer service got back to me quick and they’re always so friendly. thank you!!
Horrific customer service
I bought a Case like 4 weeks ago and emailed them multiple times that my tracking link is NOT WORKING and their answer was “we assure you your package is arriving soon and let us know if you need a tracking link” YES. ??? i do ???? i then emailed them again and haven’t gotten an answer (or my order) since. Would not order there ever again

I will never stop recommending wildflower cases. I have been buying cases from them for 5 years now and have never had a negative experience. I have never had a phone break whilst using there cases. The designs are always so cute and stylish and there is always something new to choose from. Could not recommend shopping from them more!! 10/10. LOVE!!
WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?????
I'm just going to get in line with everyone else here and MUST make a comment regarding this company's customer service...or should I say THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Like many others, I ordered an item and PAID FOR SHIPPING!!!!!!!! After about 2 weeks I began to grow concerned, had I been scammed, because the money sure as heck came out of my account quickly enough!!!!!!! I left an email and received some "template email" response saying how this was somehow MY FAULT, and that it can take up to 30 days to process an order and a bunch of other crap. Come on people...instead of the heartwarming stickers and story cards that someone took so much time to create and lovingly insert into each of their items...how about putting some effort into discovering why I can get something shipped from China to Canada in 3 days...but a package from California took a month??????

This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a while. I placed an order two weeks ago and still haven't received tracking information. I've tried emailing them a couple of times but unfortunately without a response. I ordered many cases from them when I was still living in the U.S. and never had any problems. WF do better.
ABSOLUTE SCAM.
I placed an order on November 22 2022 and never received them. I only found out the package was lost after I asked, and then they said they will give me the full refund. But I haven’t received a refund or any reply till now. I paid for it but didn't get the item or refund, not even a simple reply, so is this a scam? Bought their phone case before and was very happy with it so placed a second order, but now I feel very disappointed, will never buy again. Not recommend to anyone who does not live in the US. Their customer service is really bad and disappointing.
