TERRIBLE Customer Service from Wildflower

I ordered a case from Wildflower, and it was the wrong size for my daughter’s iPhone. Contacted the company to request an exchange (my daughter still wanted the case and I was not looking even for a refund) and was told that: A: Orders placed on either Black Friday or Cyber Monday, (I ordered it on Nov. 28th) were not eligible for return or exchange, and... B. Since I bought it as a Christmas gift, and I was getting my shopping done early to avoid any shipping delays, I was told that since it was not returned within 15 day (!?!) of purchase that the product was not eligible for return/exchange. This was a Christmas gift. Of course it would be more than 15 days! This is the most inane and ridiculous policy a company (especially a supposed family-run company) could have in place. I know that if the company does reply to this bad review they will restate the Black Friday/Cyber Monday nonsense, as well as the 15 day return/exchange policy. My point is that not only is it a BAD policy, but the return/exchange information was NOWHERE to be seen on my receipt/order confirmation. Nor was it listed on the packing slip that accompanied the case within the packaging the case was shipped in. Simply looking for an exchange, and would even pay the return shipping. Really not too much to ask if you are REALLY interested in your customers, and not just your “influencers”.

My experience with customer support could not have been better. Kim G., my Wildflower Customer Support Receptionist, corrected an error on my end of an order I had placed incorrectly. Bravo Kim! Thank you!

terrible customer service

I ordered a case for my sister for Christmas and the next day she upgraded her phone so I immediately emailed customer service requesting to cancel my order or to get the correct size and I was willing to pay any cost difference. Two days later the case shipped and then they responded to me shortly after saying they would not accommodate my request and that they don’t allow exchanges or returns. I replied that this was not great customer service as I haven’t even received the case and I emailed them days before it was shipped…. Seems like a huge mistake on their end because I will never order from them again, neither will my friends/family and now there is one less person walking around showing off their cases.

WRONG PRODUCT/NONEXISTENT SUPPORT/THIEVES

If I could rate below a zero, I would. I ordered a case as a Christmas gift. When I gave it to my daughter, it does not remotely fit her phone, despite the case packaging clearly marked as for an Iphone 12pro. When I attempted to exchange/return it, no one answers the customer service phone - you're directed to a website. The website will not process an exchange/return greater than 15 days. What reputable company does that at Christmas??? Customers cannot wait till 2 weeks before Christmas to order & expect to have a gift under the tree. Thoroughly disgusted & disappointed in this woman owned company that is robbing other women. They should be ashamed of themselves....while they run to the bank with money thieved from other women. ***Update I have been playing e-mail tag with the company since posting my review. I respond to them promptly, sending pictures & additional information as requested. Then nothing but crickets. It’s laughable. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered on 24th November, it’s now been over a month and my case is still nowhere to be seen!!!?? I literally had to chase customer services multiple times to only get a generic, unhelpful response. I just want my case!!! It should not take this long. Never ordering from them again. Order number: 1942934

Horrible service

Horrible service. I ordered the wrong size case for my daughter and they will not allow me to even exchange it. My daughter always wants to buy these cases but I refuse to buy any more as there is absolutely no peace of mind with this company and their horrible service. And they only post their positive reviews to their website. Don't believe it for one second.

Case never arrived.

Case never arrived. I ordered back in october it took 2 months!! a lot of excuses “there was a delayed”, “It’s on the way” to “the package was lost” I emailed 10x for them to refund me but no they made me wait 2months they kept making up excuses just to end up the package was lost. Now I still don’t have my refund It’s been a whole month. No email response either. at this point they are just robbing my money It’s ridiculous.

I WAS SENT THE WRONG CASE AND WHEN I REACHED OUT TO SUPPORT THEY CLAIMED I WAS LYING!!!! they say according to them i received the right one when i didn’t!! they say the one i was sent was a freebie but that’s the only one i received in my package. my name is gwen chen and wildflower if you’re seeing this send me my strawberry fields iphone 13 case!!!!
