I have placed a few orders with Wildflower. Products and customer service have both been fantastic. I emailed a question on my my recent order and received a response in less than 24 hours. I will absolutely be ordering from them again!

Pleased with customer service!

After I ordered one size phone case, my daughter informed me that I should have ordered a different one. I sent an email to you asking if I could switch my order and you promptly took care of it without any problems! I was afraid I might just be out of luck. Also, the case arrived in just 2 days. Very pleased - thank you!

Good phone case!

wildflower always has the best service! these are truly the only cases i use. i recently switched phones and had ordered a case that was on sale, i reached out to wildflower support and they understood completely and offered me a full refund! i already ordered the same case in the correct size :-) i will always be a loyal customer ♡

Worst customer service, they just ignore and never reply

Order 1904344 I love the cases, I really do, but the customer service is awful. I email them about an order with a case that I really like, but that arrived scratched (I write them the same day that I received it), they answered quickly and in Nov 7 they promise to send me a replacement. They told me I would receive the tracking info and than the case would ship very soon. Well, its November 21, I have emailed them about the case so many times asking for updates or info and they just decided to ignore me. The replacement case never arrived and I never received tracking info or an answer of their team so I asume they just never dispatched the case they promise. So I lost 53€ in a case that came damage, I didn't received any replacement or refund and they just don't care. Its been a horrible experience. I had bought 7 cases, made like 5 purchase with extra shipping costs (express delivery) and I have enjoyed them a lot (they are in fact really good quality and I was happy to pay the price) but when I needed customer service this is what I got. I'm totaally disappointed. Update: Today Nov. 21 I finally received an answer and they have started a refund. I'm happy with that but its just sad that I had to put a bad review of the service for them to care, and this also confirm that the case they told me were sending me as a replacement never was dispatched. And at the end of the day I do really like and use they're cases over other brands and was sad that never got the case I liked, but at least I wil have the money back. I would recommend they're products? Yes, they're good quality and protect my phone really good, two days ago I dropped my phone and nothing happened to it. But If something is wrong with your purchase be prepare for the stress and the lack of communication of they're customer service. UPDATE December 5 No money had been actually refunded. They only say to contact with my bak, wich i did, and they told me there's no refund. Now I emailed them again asking for a proof of the refund and of course they havent answered. It looks like I'm not receiving my money or my replacement. This is BY FAR the worst custome service ever. If before I gave them 2 stars now its just zero.

Don’t recommend.

So this was my very first experience with this company after seeing them on my explore page. I had ordered the flames case in red, waited about 2 weeks for it to come as I am in Canada, I didn’t mind waiting at all but when I received the case it was the blue one, which is my least favourite color so I didn’t want it at all. I emailed them right away, sent them all the information they had asked, and because they don’t do international returns they offered me a full refund, so I was happy with that at least. I receive an email on November 7, saying they had issued a refund and it could take up to 5 business days depending on my bank. Y’all it’s been 10 business days now and I haven’t received anything. Instead of emailing them again I just came here to read reviews and I’ve realized a lot of people have trouble with their customer support, therefore I’m not expecting to get that refund. Bummed bc now I have a phone case I do not want and I’m out 40$. And it wasn’t even my mistake! Definitely the last time I try to support a “small family owned” business before looking at the reviews. 🤦🏻‍♀️ • UPDATE: after their useless reply, I see that a lot of customers who were promised a refund did not get theirs either and they say it’s an issue with my bank? How can $40 be an issue for a huge well known bank to deposit? Wildflower cases is literally a scam. Thanks for nothing!

I'm not impressed at all

I'm not impressed at all. Ordering from this site is literal hell if you are not from the United States; shipping literally takes forever. I placed an order on October 12 and never received a tracking number, I had to email them to receive one. On top of that, my order hasn't moved in over a month. It's been stuck at "shipment in Transit with ePost Global to Processing Center." 3-6 business days my ass. You guys need to use a more reliable courier, this is genuinely ridiculous. A company that is as big as yours should not be having these issues. I've had orders from China come in quicker than this. EDIT: You are not a small business. You literally have collaborations with the biggest influencers and you are sold in big retailers like Ssense, Aritzia, etc. I do have an email history with you guys and if I don't see any shipping updates in the next week I will be requesting a refund. Do better, there's a reason why you have a low score on Trustpilot. Thanks.
