Georgia in the first charge team, has been great to work with. She is proactive, responsive and keeps you updated regularly during the application. Positive Lending has a really good second charge mortgage product - simple to understand and not overloaded with punitive fees for the customer. I was really pleased when I was introduced to them by my broker. The application process was simple and my contacts Gareth, Karolina and Dawn did a great job securing the product notwithstanding the difficult market. The most impressive thing for me about Positive Lending is that they honoured the rate I was quoted at application even though the initial deadline had passed. This shows they put the customer first.
