Attentive, excellent service

I was struggling to get a mortgage to keep my family home following my divorce. I had been turned down by several lenders. The team managed to get me a mortgage offer within a week and I completed two months later. I was looked after and talked through every step of the process. I am very grateful to the Team and will use them again.

We used positive lending on 2 occasions recently with great results and service every time . Whole team seems to be great but aspeacially would like to mention Blanca Pereira Rivera and Kieran Jenner for their outstanding professionalism, great service and all the help .Would highly recommend Positive lending to anyone who needs help with mortgages and other lending .

I attempted to get a bridging loan from…

I attempted to get a bridging loan from positive and found my experience anything but. I can only comment on Jake Ralph, he messed me around for over 6 months and telling me that the banks he had proposed were not interested in my business after spending thousands on surveys etc, when I rang one myself they told me they were waiting for Jake to get back to them to do the deal after he washed his hands with me telling that there was no other options. I went to another broker and he got me the loan in 4 weeks with the company that Jake had said definitely weren’t interested. When my new broker spoke them they said they have always been interested but Jake hadn’t followed it up. So it’s his company’s loss. My advice if you use positive don’t use Jake Ralph. I understand why Paul defended him when I highlighted it to him it’s just a shame he doesn’t have the same loyalty.

Bridging Loan Requirement

Over the last few weeks i have had the need to work with James Oldham at Positive Lending to try and put in place a bridging loan needed for a property purchase. Simply put i cannot recommend James highly enough he was always prepared to go 'the extra mile' and nothing was too much trouble. Though a very stressful period James was always the go to person who followed up everything as required and always put my mind at ease - thank you James

Most stressful experience

I thought I’d go through a broker being my first mortgage as I didn’t know where to start. At first my broker was very helpful. But then I was getting no answers & positive lending did nothing to help. It took me to go direct to my lender to see what stage my mortgage was at. I chased them, I called them & finally got my mortgage completed. What annoys me the most is positive lending will get a cut of my mortgage once completed of £900. For doing what? This experience has been so stressful & I even had to take a week off work to sort. I will never use this company again.
