I feel I need to write a review to make the owners of this company aware that I had a very negative experience with Positive namely the person I had to deal with. Ben Fairhead was both rude & aggressive at times throughout my 6 month journey with getting a bridging loan. Anybody needing a bridging loan will be in a stressful situation so needs to be put at ease by the representative. Obviously COVID is an excuse given by all concerned at the moment . Everybody from the lender to the solicitors to the intermediaries need to up the anti post COVID. This is the second bridge we have had, the first one took 2 weeks this one 6 months. If we hadn’t built up a rapport with the vendor of the house we were purchasing this could have been far worse. Not an experience I want to have to repeat!

Brad was very helpful and supportive although our application took some time due to covid but Brad kept Chasing and keept us informed. Highly recommend their service.
