I referred a bridging enquiry to Positive Lending and found them to be excellent. James Oldham, the case manager, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and kept me regularly updated on the progress. Very happy.

The process was extremely painful and took far to long, instead of asking for all the documents up front they were requested piecemeal, by the time we had provided all the necessary information our original documents had expired and therefore needed updating and resubmitting. This cycle repeated itself many times and was extremely frustrating.
