Had a really great experience with Dec and Dawn. Nice simple process, always available to speak to when help was needed. Direct contact numbers and efficient responses to e-mails. Ownership taken from start to finish and you can tell they know their stuff. If one piece of feedback could be constructive I would say that information could have been shared better as I received two requests for the same information. But that is a small gripe and to be honest not too significant when considering the completely positive experience I had overall.

Everyone I spoke to at Positive Lending was very helpful and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the details. etc. When I ran into problems due to Coronavirus restrictions and the need for identity checks etc, the Chief Exec intervened on my behalf to speed up the process.
