Was put in touch with Positive Lending through my broker. I'm trying to obtain a mortgage to pay off equity release on a house I inherited. The process has been ongoing since june, with the debt mounting at £300 monthly. After chasing broker for a meeting he suggested I get in touch with Nick Shepard directly for answers. Nick has since been in contact to explain why he has been unable to respond to my emails. Nick cannot deal with me directly, my broker did not advise of this, leading to a great deal if frustration on my part. This review has been edited since first posting to reflect updated information I was not in possession of the first time.
