As you can imagine going to a packager as a broker you already have a tricky case. My client was purchasing a shared ownership property on a new build development which is pretty vanilla but she had a chequered credit history so our choice of lenders was literally down to 1 provider. I dealt with Celi in the office from day one and she has been amazing from start to finish. Her communication and knowledge of the lender that we had to approach was second to none. Also my client had a lot of vulnerabilities that both the packager, Celi and the lender took on board with great care and attention. Whilst on my annual leave, it was great to receive a mortgage offer today and to say you have made my clients year is an understatement!
