Was told I would receive a call back today to discuss my current plan but did not receive that call.

I was in the process of buying a new vehicle and I needed an insurance card sent to the dealership showing my new vehicle insurance coverage. The Nationwide representative put a rush on it and my new card was sent to the dealer within an hour. Then later that evenig i received my new insurance policy via emal.
