My company has been a client for several years. I recently received a notice from the current carrier of my landlord policy that it was being non renewed. Shortly thereafter, I received a bill from a new carrier for a replacement policy that was over three times the cost of the current policy. At no time did anyone contact me to discuss the nonrenewal or a replacement policy. Very dissatisfied!
