Every member of the bench team that I have had contact with has been very pleasant to talk to and answer any questions in a very timely manner, I highly recommend the bench team for your accounting and tax needs. The one thing I will say is the software or programming needs updating, It seems slow and my Plaid keeps getting disconnected. Human interaction is amazing, software program can use some help.

My only drawback with Bench is that they only do cash-based bookkeeping, so if you ever graduate to GAAP, you need to look elsewhere.
