COMPLAINT ABOUT THE ADMINS WHO ANSWERS COMPLAINTS ON TRUSTPILOT. lol.
I ultimately decided not to purchase their product, not solely due to the reasonable warnings and complaints I came across on Trustpilot, but primarily because of how the company responded to those complaints. Most of their replies come off as passive-aggressive, contradictory, arrogant, ignorant, and dismissive—very unprofessional and that made me suspicious. So, this is my complaint about the administrators who respond to complaints here. :D Some of their replies read more like anecdotes and looks like not much has improved over the years in terms of their service and customer support. For example **Complaint goes like**:"I have been trying to reach customer support for days, but no one is answering the chat, and I can't find any other contact information anywhere else. **Reply from Designrr goes like**: "Average response time is 2 hours. Other companies at this price level offer zero support. " [ and no word about where exactly to find desired contact information after all ] __________________________________________________ Wow! There are so many similar complaints about ignorance of customer support. People are saying there's no response for days, and in some cases, no reply at all. Yet you claim a response time of 2 hours; in another answer, you say it’s only 20 minutes. They say blue is blue, while you insist that blue is not blue—it’s actually yellow, or sometimes purple. Which version do you think is accurate? Additionally, your closing statement sounds like, "What did you expect at this price level?" which reveals everything about your company's attitude and business values. No one cares about other companies here; we're discussing issues with YOUR products and services. And one more of many burned my eyes... **Complaint goes like**: They have intentionally not provided an easy cancellation method. Despite cancelling my free trial plan on time, they still charged me. I had to find the cancellation link through a Google search, as there is no cancellation option available on the account page. It's impossible to contact them. **Reply from Designrr goes like**: You can log in yourself and cancel your trial AND refund even if your payment has gone through. You can contact us via chat 24/7. We answer due 20 minute intervals. __________________________________________________ a) Your job is to explain why the company is charging for subscriptions when it should not have occurred in the first place because the customer did cancel their trial. A professional approach would involve apologizing for the inconvenience without being defensive, dismissive, or gaslighting the customer about issues that are your responsibility. b) Your response in cases like this often implies (yes, i saw a pattern) that the customer can easily log in somewhere to resolve this issue, - cancel the trial, and receive a refund, despite that they are clearly stating that the cancellation option is nowhere to be found on their account page. If it's so easy, a professional approach would involve clear instructions or a link for a subscription/refund/cancellation page. You did not solve anything, you just talked around. c) You don't provide any clear instructions, yet you encourage customers to go somewhere—who knows where? After all this confusion, customers are left to waste MORE time navigating your stupid UX interface to request a refund for a subscription they didn't even sign up for in the first place. b) Many responses from the Designrr admins here clearly demonstrate the calculated flaws in the system. Looks like it is intentionally designed to discourage people from finding solutions fast. They hope people will be unaware that they have been charged, especially since no confirmation emails are sent. These deliberate obstacles cause individuals to miss their opportunity to cancel and request a refund, allowing the company to fully charge them and refuse refunds after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired. It appears you have no sense of shame, do you? Yes... This is what I understand just from reading admin replies here. If this all is so perfect and if the policies of your service is so transparent and user-friendly as you state, people wouldn't be so unsatisfied REGULARLY and people who need to solve this cancellation issue ASAP would be able to do so easily without going circles and writing bad reviews on Trust-pilot out of despair. And more importantly - you would help them with clear instructions. You had years to change this mess, but you chose not to. Dodgy business.

It is my primary tool to write my novels. It's so easy and intuitive. The thing that I most like about it is that when I just open the program and my enthusiasm to write comes instantly from the inside. I'd definitely recommend the program with two thumbs up!
