Was autocharged $300. Asked to cancel. They said we canceled but can't give you a refund. They said it's got to be within the first 30 days of the transaction. OK it's been 1 day of the transaction. Even on trials or renewal, every company i have dealt with offers a cancelation policy that allows for a refund. Not this we can cancel but no refund this enormous amount of money. I got no notification whatsoever I was going to be charged. Had I been notified, I would have canceled. Guys, their product is horrible, I would not use this whatsoever. You will lose money and this is not worth it's weight.

Designrr has been the most impactful thing lately in my life. I'm a creative constantly having flows of ideas and Designrr not only has helped me do it quickly but has made the thought process looking at amazing templates and visualizing my own content there and just by doing that I'm refreshed with a rush of more inspirational thoughts. Seeing your content so well presented in front of you, leads to a higher confidence in yourself. I feel limitless. Designrr is a powerful tool for getting an idea off the ground quickly and into book format such as title, chapters, and AI-suggested and generated content (if you wish to utilize that option). It has a simple interface and smooth user experience. Great value for my beginner needs, it's quickly become part of my go-to daily tool and app kit. Definitely giving it 5 stars!

I love the simplicity of the product. I am not a very technical person, however I find that it is very easy to navigate this site. I am excited to keep learning more about the product and eventually upgrading to go deeper into writing and designing. I absolutely love it!! Great Job!!

Don't buy this service, they have fraudulent practices. I bought the basic product for $27 on April 17, 2019 which I haven't really used. Then on November 15, 2021 I was charged $97 for a premium service that I never ordered. I managed to get it cancelled. And what a surprise it was to see on November 15, 2024 that they charged $97 on my Paypal without my permission. I immediately contacted them saying that a fraud had been committed, that I had never requested this product and that I wanted a refund. They refused, saying it was too late to cancel and that I should have cancelled before I was charged. But no matter how many times I tell them that I never authorized this purchase, it's a fraud on their part. They refused and cut off contact. I'm forced to sue them. Read all the comments and don't make the mistake of trusting them.
