The quality and colours of the rug are beautiful. The website showed several different photos and angels. Free delivery too (and free returns!). I don’t need the latter as it’s lovely and true to the images shown in terms of colour/texture. Finally it was very reasonably priced Thank you

It’s a beautiful rug, it was shipped to me and arrived within a few days. I was kept updated throughout and it was all easy and professional. I have a certificate of authentication with the rug which I wasn’t expecting. I will definitely order from them again.

The selection and ordering of the rug purchased went very smoothly and could not be faulted. The thickness of the rug was less than we expected but is quite suitable for our purposes. (I acknowledge it is difficult to assess the thickness from internet images and accept this is a case of caveat emptor.) The bad part of the overall experience was the delivery by UPS (see my separate review of UPS delivery). On the basis of my experience would recommend that the supplier changes its delivery company to avoid the experience with UPS being reflected onto themselves
