I am so happy to find this shop. Carpets are good quality, service is perfect! I have purchased several rugs but definitely not the last time.

I wanted to reserve a carpet as I was abroad when I made my choice and there was only 1 left. I was able to telephone and speak to a very helpful lady who arranged for the carpet to be delivered 2 days after my return 3 weeks later. A week later, I chose another one with a 10% further discount for buying again and that arrived promptly also after another discussion with another helpful lady. I now have 2 fabulous rugs at a very decent price. Yes, the 'Handloom Fringe' carpet is shedding where one sits but I well remember a fitted carpet shedding for 6 months prior to stopping. So I hope it will stop eventually. DPD deliver promptly.

There are similar looking products on the market but definitely not same from your company.

Purchased two Gabbeh rugs, which arrived promptly, within a few days of ordering. Packaged well. Beautiful quality, size exactly as ordered and look perfect in our home.
