The rug we ordered is of high quality and exactly as described on the website. The ordering process was very easy and transparent and the rug was delivered very promptly. Altogether, the service we have received from CarpetVista has been excellent.

Everything really fine

Really beautiful, high quality carpet, and can't believe, how quickly it got delivered. Makes me want to order more, although I definitely don't need any more.. There is some sort of slightly darker band going along one end of the rug, as if there has been a sello-tape stuck there, but you can't see it too well and I think it will blend in over time.

I have bought many rugs from Carpet Vista and I am always happy with my purchase. Excellent quality, price and delivery. I have not purchased a rug from any other company in years. Looking forward to my next purchase *****

I give a negative point for the following reasons: 1- very poor quality packaging material, which was open on two corners and worn off at the bottom making the carpet back visible (I can send the photos, if needed). 2- folding the carpet on the wrong side 3- not sending a printed Certificate of Authenticity 4- posting photoshopped photo’s of the carpet giving it a vintage/antique look, which is different than the reality of the carpet. 5- one important character of a Persian carpet which plays a key role on its value is its axial symmetry along the long and short axes. The length of this carpet is 340,5cm on the one side and 334cm on the other side meaning that the carpet is not symmetrical! To avoid misleading the customer, these figures have to be reported in the descriptions of the carpet, honestly. 6- There were signs of repair at some points, but the carpet still rendered signs of wear at some other points which require immediate attention. These were not reported in the description, either. luckily, I managed to pack this beautiful peace of art and return it.
