Followers and targeting: Stating that your service attracts "real, organic followers based on targeting settings" doesn’t make it accurate. My account settings clearly reflect my location and interests, as well as hashtags and local accounts as per your advice. Yet the followers I received were from completely unrelated countries and interests. The evidence is in my account activity. Asking me to contact you: Asking me to "reach out" again, after I’ve already made multiple attempts, feels dismissive. If you genuinely want to address this, take the initiative to investigate and resolve my concerns directly and provide me with your contact details. For the record, I only received a refund because I contacted my bank and reported this as fraud, not because of any proactive effort on your part. I had to go above and beyond to get my money back. I would appreciate it if you could focus on resolving these issues rather than deflecting them.
