I started using this platform six weeks ago. The dashboard is easy to navigate, but the results have been just okay. It's quite expensive for the features offered, and the initial setup was more complicated than I expected.

Starting with this tool was more challenging than I anticipated. They could improve their onboarding process to help new users understand how to get the most out of the platform right away.

This company has just what I need to organically grow my profile and achieve the success on Instagram that I'm after.

The initial excitement quickly faded. While the customer services is proactive, the performance of the tool didn't match my expectations. The growth in engagement was slower than I hoped.

I recently cancelled my service after getting a second notice/warning from Instagram about the reach/growth of my account. IG asked me to update all of my information to verify that I was a real person and things were resolved quickly, but the second notice from IG really scared me a bit. My account is still growing and I am working on getting it how I want it, so any interruptions can really cause issues as I am trying to grow my online presence and generate sales. READ THIS CAREFULLY: I noticed that almost all the accounts are private. Yep, you read that correctly...ALMOST ALL OF THE ACCOUNTS WERE PRIVATE. I even researched a couple of the people and they didn't exist even though they boast of businesses, influencing, etc. This was very concerning and probably how upgrow has managed to roll under the radar from IG, but I was noticed and got two warnings. I have to move on or find a company that does growth with real folks, with open accounts, that can be found legitimately across the internet. Because of the concerns, I would recommend that anyone using them tread lightly because how they achieve the results from their service is violating Instagram's term of use. Proceed with caution.

This is the best working service that I have used so far. I have used 3 other ones before using this, so this is my 4th.
