I was in designated left hand lane to go straight on other driver was in outside lane other driver came straight across lanes hitting my rear driverside door spinning me in front off his truck I was side on at that time just looking up at his radiator as he was pushing me 60 metres + wen we came to stop police medics and 2 witnesses wer at scene and gave statement to police. Officer gave driver careless driving notice

Only just started dealing with this company. Gave 1 star as initial service V Poor I have also had a phone call for a triage service from an overseas call centre. When I asked where they were I was told West Bromwich. When challenged one of the people speaking to me said they weren’t in West Bromwich but the company had a call centre in West Bromwich. Do you really want to let a company like this and who lie to you in such a way deal with your claim?? Be aware be very aware

Staff are nice and very polite but any contact takes days if not weeks and there doesn't seem to be any organisation as if people don't talk to eachother.
