It didn’t occur to us at all when we completed the form on a Saturday night that someone would ring us so quickly. Tracy was kind, informative, & very supportive to our situation. We really needed some support that night and she was brilliant, she has made it very easy to keep in contact and to share any information. We thought it may be a difficult thing to start the process but Tracy has made it as easy as possible for us and has been very sympathetic to our son who isn’t great at discussing what happened to him.
