Fine varer

Fine varer. Fin dialog med kundeservice, men leveringa fra UPS ødelegger opplevelsen. Brukte nesten et halvt dagsverk på UPS, med å avtale levering, ny levering og så videre. Så selv om jeg liker varene, så var leveringen så mye styr, at jeg er usikker på om jeg ville bestilt igjen.

Lette å holde kontakt med. Får raske respons. Kunne kanskje sendt en mail om oppdatering på produkter som har lang leveringstid, da man fort kan bli litt usikker på når varen kommer i et stort vindu - dog rask svar ved etterspørsel/spørsmål

Sofa delivered in dog feces

I paid for shipping on two orders for three peices to connect as one couch. The employee told me that she was confident that her boss arrange the next day for the sofa peices to be shipped together and thus refund one of the shipping fees. The next day I was told I could not receive a refund for the shipping because the peices came from different warehouses. I paid extra shipping for the peices to be delivered inside my apartment, but they were instead simply left just inside of the exterior hallway of my apartment building. One of the boxes had been rolled through dog feces, which I noticed only after grabbing it with my hand to move it. Upon unpacking one peice, there was a large clump of human hair inside of the protective wrapping. One of the couch peices was apparently missing the required brackets to afix it to the other peices. Either it was not shipped or I was not informed during purchase that I would need to buy it. I attempted to contact sofacompany via text message to offer them an opportunity to address these issues before posting this review, but my message was ignored. I understand that perhaps the delivery company might be to blame for most of these issues, but I paid far too much for this kind of experience.
