I have been using Dr. Gundry's products for years. After I watched the olive oil video, I already knew that your special extra virgin olive oil was what I needed when you mentioned that it contains polyphenols and all the other health benefits. I am now on my 4th bottle. It has helped my bloating, tummy tightness, and digestive issues after eating meals. My tummy is getting flatter and soft. My sleep is better. The EVOO has cleared and brightened my skin complexion. People stop me in the mall to ask what I am using on my skin. It has curved my appetite making me feel fuller plus much more. I sprinkle the oil on all my foods. I feel like a brand new person every day waking and feeling refreshed. I believe that my body is being reset! I love Dr. Gundry's special EVOO and it loves me! SHIPMENT FAILED TO DELIVER
Customer Service Supervisor ~ “Patti” Condescending and Belittling attitude is not acceptable. Regardless of how good a product performs if the customer is not treated with respect he or she will go elsewhere. Large order placed on 12/7/24 (12 units purchased) failed to deliver so two calls were made due to product not arriving as expected. Patti the fourth person I speak to and the second supervisor (on a long winded 25min customer service call) decides to lecture me on delivery company’s standards of performance … instead of finding a win~win solution to my problem. I was speechless. Patti goes into meticulous detail on how shipment companies do “not have 4 hour windows?” What does that mean? Not the best approach to take if the desire is to deescalate the customers rising discontent. The conversation turns south when “Supervisor Patti” attempts to educate me on how to use the tracking emails. Really? Businesses must screen carefully those that interact with their customers. Fortunately the calls are all recorded. As I am not in the business of rewarding bad behavior I will take my business elsewhere. Subscription cancelled.

The last thing I would have done is "subscribe and save"!
Be warned. You trial something expensive from Gundry MD (such as pre-biotics) and then unbeknownst to you it is "subscribe and save" and your children's Christmas money is suddenly removed from your account. They offer you a 30% discount when they should give you a refund. And even if its a refund you have to ship back to the USA at your own expense. I also got severe abdominal pain from the product.

MCT Wellness???
I have be using MCT Wellness for over 60 days and have not received any noticeable described benefits. Thought I’d give it a try after having knee replacement surgery and starting back to my gym routine and trying to lose a few lbs.. Weight was 225 and after the 60 days was just about the same. There has been no increased energy levels or reduction in appititite as touted in the infomercial. I feel as though I’ve wasted $140 on what I’d hope would be a beneficial supplement. MCT Powder doesn’t completely dissolve,is to sweet and leaves an unusual aftertaste. Won’t try any Gundry products again. Will attempt to get a refund…..will see if it’s possible or if I’ll get a runaround.

Total joke of a company. I ordered 3bottles of overpriced oil and they were terribly spoiled. Smelled the room up when opened. I threw them away and now a year later my mother n law got the same oil. It is great. I reached back out to let them know mine was in fact bad. They said it’s been over 30 days. Money hungry business. This is obvious since they will not let u hang up without trying to sell you 20 products. Would not attend a free seminar put on by this flake if it was across the street.

Good products - horrible customer service and sales tactics
I honestly like the products that Dr. Gundry sells. Pro plant protein powder did cause me some digestion issues but I haven't returned it yet because I'm going to keep trying. Customer service, I haven't had to deal with much until this last order of phytocollagen complex that I put in over a month ago. I received an email that it was out of stock and that it should deliver on the 10th or be able to be sent out on the 10th. I never got an email confirmation that it was being shipped or anything but I did get a promotional offer via email for free jars of the same product that was back ordered. I waited another week and still never got any kind of confirmation so I called. The customer service was horrendous when I asked about the free promotional jars and why mine wasn't being sent. All they kept telling me was that it would be going out on the 26th of December which 16 more days than originally communicated. I also never got any kind of updated email or anything of the like. I asked her several times how they could give away free jars and not send my jars out that I had paid for well over a month before. Obviously their promotions take a higher priority over their paying customers that have already paid for a product and not yet received it. Very disappointing. The customer service rep was unapologetic. No sympathy. Didn't care. Couldn't say anything, whatever her deal was. It was a horrible horrible experience as a customer who's already paid for a product, Not getting any communication about it and sees that the company is giving away free jars of the product that I am waiting on. Shame on you Dr gundry.
