Fault of gundrymd ecommerce maintenance
These items are overpriced as it is, proven by spam emails of "adding" to an existing order, to receive a larger discount. Which means the price-to-discount is available no matter what(no free shipping/hidden in price). But this review is for why I ordered in the first place. I wanted to try the mct wellness jars to see if they would work, but I only considered ordering because a "free blender bottle" was to be included in the order. I even took a screenshot that proved it was to be included. Yet when my order arrived, no BB in the box. So I reached out to customer service by email, and the response from a poorly rated Maria Cecille was a basic, it's only "while supplies last". Yet there was nothing that specified that before I ordered, even though the BB was the main reason I did. I even attached the screenshot, which she never referenced or could prove to me where that stipulation was, even though the option to select a free BB was still available when I ordered. So it's definitely a poor ecommerce practice, to not only not maintain/update online options, but to not inform someone something isn't available prior to shipping. So I am starting a return(unopened/unused), and will see how that goes, then will add to this review if that also becomes a headache. It's bad enough, I now have to pay shipping again, but at least I won't be ordering from gundrymd again. Update after emailing Aria: It's unfortunate Aria seems to be the one consistently replying to reviews..she's just as inept as the original rep I emailed..I know everyone can see her reply, so, did what she replied happen?..nope..instead I get a spontaneous resent shipment of my original order(via email tracking)..no contact or communication prior to confirm..AGAIN..especially since a holiday is approaching and some people may not be available to receive it(to prevent theft)..but more importantly, was I asked if I even wanted it?..nope..why?..because they really don't want to give your money back..these types of companies should definitely be avoided..now if the new shipment arrives and isn't stolen, I will now have to pay for return shipping AGAIN..but I have already emailed Aria to know I expect reimbursed return shipping costs if/when needed(or a complaint will be filed on her behalf)..unless they actually do the smart thing and email me a prepaid label..because I am not your average customer(I document everything)..I have given them the type of communication, a good customer service rep, is supposed to give a customer(aka "a heads-up")..but what do you expect from a shady over-priced product/company..oh, and I guess "while supplies last" has a different meaning now, since a BB seems to have magically appeared to be shipped.

Hi I am a 70 year old gentleman with serious health issues liver decease diabetic and I have cancer. I applied for what I thought was 3 bottles of cod liver oil thinking it would help with my health I have now found out they have charged me for 6 extra bottles. I know nothing about this I will not be alive long enough to use that much. They have charged me £300. I have not received the product yet so I emailed them asking them to cancel the order. I have not heard anything I have tried calling them but their number does not exist. I am in my cancellation period so I should be able to get my money back .I do not know if the email exists. I think this is a scam and I am very worried about my money which I cannot afford. I will start a complaint straight away. They do not seem to care.

Multiple payments taken
I set off by watching the half hour infomercial and thought it worth trying. I ordered a multi pack of the MCT wellness powder in Raspberry medley. The website took a long time to complete and then three emails arrived confirming not one but three multi packs, all with the same timestamp, the other two in Watermelon which I would never order. As payment by my Mastercard was 'pending' I took to their Live Chat but was informed by Alphonse that the orders had already been shipped (impossible) and could not be cancelled or retrieved. I was then shut down by the agent as I was by Kent in a follow up attempt to resolve this matter. I was informed that I could return the order for a full refund. Meanwhile hundreds of pounds have been charged to my card. Whatever results I may achieve with this company's product it will be with a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid!

Hideous for refunding (AMENDED-> REFUNDED)
Although the ordered packs arrived in a safe package, they have been hideous in refunding my returned goods. I was advised by my nutritionist that the additional vitamin medication was potentially contradicting my medical treatment. I sent my 2 unopened jars back to the USA at my OWN EXPENSE. IT COST A FORTUNE $$$$$. I photographed everything for their records, including all documents needed and added it to the returned package. No refund although it was delivered to the return address over a month ago. The phone contact is disconnected and the live chat site is bogus. BUYER BEWARE! (As per their response: If Aria can sort out my refund, I will happily amend my review…) AMENDMENT: Well, the efficient Aria has organised the refund of my costs and promptly answered my email. I now simply say if you have issues be persistent, as the management seem to be trying to do the right thing by clients. Their support team just needs a rattle. Hopefully this won’t happen to other buyers and they continue to have future success. This company has regained its integrity in my eyes. Thank you, Aria.

Sorry so confused I clicked on an advert link and it took me to Feline dark spot corrector. When in fact I spent half an hour listening to Dr Gundy going on about his wife and her dark spot. This site does not mention anything about Dr Gundy dark spot remover. Same thing happened on another advert with a lady talking about Miami md dark spot remover. It took me to Feline dark spot remover. Is this the same just packaged in china

I ordered the MCT on 10/30/24
I ordered the MCT on 10/30/24, received and email with a tracking number from a company called Ontrac. As of 2 minutes ago that tracking number show nothing received from Gundry MD. I called Gundry MD about 5 minutes ago and rep claimed it was shipped yesterday. Either the rep is lying or Ontrac is incompetent. Either way this is not a good way to start.

With all of the Dr Gundry supplemental I have used I’ve had positive results. I’ve used Vital Reds, total restore and bio complete 2. I even use his olive oil. My gut is much better.

Built-in Questionable Sales Tactics Fixed
This is about sales tactics, not the product. I ordered 3 bottles of Gundry MD's olive oil on 16 Oct 24. Next day, I found an email from them telling me that I would have to wait an extra two weeks for it, due to shipping overwhelm. On 18 Oct 24, I called to cancel the order. I was told by their rep that too much time had passed for the order to be cancelled (48 hours?!). Because I've always thought that there was a law on the books that all such sales were cancelable for three days, I told her that what she was telling me didn't sound right. She replied, "Not from our end," and hung up on me. Yes, just like that. Was I snotty to her? No. Angry? No. My tone was strictly conversational and polite. Nothing else but what I've reported here happened. Now, I am relieved to add another, very different, paragraph to this. After some time, I thought I would call them again and ask for a supervisor. While that didn't happen, I did end up with another rep who was able to arrange a cancellation and refund quickly and cheerfully. You never know. I would have liked to give this report five stars, but that first rep stole that last star from Gundry MD.
