Really works! It's only because of Prebiothrive that I am able to fast now. I was hungry all the time! Really does take some of my cravings away and I am less hungry during the day. I'm on my second tub now and finally seeing the results in the bathroom that it promised. I highly recommend!

I love Prebio Thrive! I have been trying to get my elimination system working (IBS issues) for 5-6 months now eating the Plant Paradox plan. Phase I works wonderfully but my system is so sensitive, I haven't been able to cheat at all. After watching Dr. G's presentation on how important prebiotics are, it made so much sense to me why I wasn't really getting results from the probiotics I was taking. After trying Prebio Thrive I could tell right away it was working because (just as Dr. G indicated) my bathroom habits started to change. At first I made more trips to the bathroom, but it didn't take long to stabilize and firm things up (a miracle for me). It has been almost a month now of taking Prebio Thrive and Pro Strain 24 probiotic and my elimination system no longer worries me. No more fearing emergency trips to the bathroom. The best part is that I can go out to eat occasionally (without worrying) and not mess up my elimination system and have to spend many days of eating Phase I perfectly to restore things again. I got the bottle of olive oil about maybe 2 months ago or so. I started taking a teaspoon every week then figure out it should be one teaspoon every day. It's only been about maybe a week or so since I'm 1 teaspoon every day, so I really haven't felt a change in my health yet I think. I will keep taking it a teaspoon every day hopefully in a month or so I can feel a difference. Thank you very much for your knowledge on olive oil.

This guy is an ill-informed hack. He’s completely full of himself and always selling, pushing some kind of product or idea that he guarantees will make you healthier. Sorry, but the foods he tells you to stop eating for this bogus reason or another are never more than an attempt to make you think you and everyone out there is wrong and he’s the food guru with the only right answers. Notice how this long-winded narcissist begins every silly promotion with a complete list of his credentials and accomplishments? The only advice any of us should offer and take ourselves is… eat in moderation and listen to your body. Unfortunately, this would go right over this moron’s head.

Be cautious ordering more than 90 days worth. I found I could not tolerate the product for long periods so I would lay off for some time and then try again. I gave it a fair try and asked to return 12 of 18 bottles. They refused because I was over 90 days. Do not buy a lot at one time.
