What a disaster. I have two subscription with this company. I reordered mct wellness on may 14th with a promise to deliver within 2 to 7 days which is a long time considering there is a warehouse in Tennessee and California. I would have been happy to pay an expedited delivery. However the customer service is woeful and the representatives read from a script. I spoke with rude supervisor and cant speak with anyone who is in charge of fulfillment. There are better companies such as primal harvest. Same product less money. Think twice before ordering. The service is terrible.

I ordered a canister of the MCT wellness dietary supplement. First, I saw zero result from using this product. The industry is full of false claims but the sales pitch got me and I placed an order. I’m careful when buying a product for the first time to avoid being signed up for a subscription. Despite that effort, a couple of weeks later, a second canister of this Koolaid was delivered charged to my card. When I reached out for a refund and address to return the canister I did not order, was told so would have to cover the shipping. Pay the cost to ship me something I didn’t request? Only in a scammer’s world. Was under the mistaken impression this was a reputable business. Just another scammer snake oil sales fraud. Once they get a sucker to place an order, they make everyone a “subscriber” liable for a second can. I got cheated paying now $100 for I guess healthy Koolaid? Hope this review helps someone contemplating buying this to stop and save yourself the ripoff of a useless $100 trial. Think for a minute, if it worked, they wouldn’t need to con you into taking more of this garbage though deception. Just close the browser and forget it. It’s all bull!

It didn’t work for me after the first few days. I have contacted via email 3 times to ask for the promised refund and have been totally ignored. I really trusted this site as Dr Gundry seems like such a genuinely honest person. His support staff however are letting him down. Even though the product is supposed to be so good they offer a full money back guarantee however I now don’t believe the hype!!

I have just purchased MCT Wellness from Gundry MD after listening to a video. It was far too sweet so I checked the main ingredients to check that there was no added sugar - there isn't. However, when I looked at the 'other ingredients', it has stevia added, which is an artificial sweetener and was banned in Europe - it is only availabe now though strict rules. It has a very chequered history as to whether it is safe or not, and the ingredients state 'enzymatically modified Stevia and Fermented Rebaudioside-M' which do not appear to conform to what is allowed. I am totally surprised that Dr Gundry who is an exponent of good supplements and food should add an artificial sweetener, to a supplement. I have thrown it away and will never buy a supplement that he endorses again. Please be aware of the 'other ingredients' in supposedly healthy supplements.

I ordered a pre/probiotic that was supposed to support healthy bowel function. Gundry MD promised a no hassle money back guarantee. I took the product for 10 days and it wrecked my bowels and 6 weeks later I'm still not back to normal. Upon requesting a refund I was told that they will not issue a shipping label.

I have had an account with Grundy MD for over 2 years and ordered from them. The last order I made there was a uk customs charge of £116 and I refused delivery, returning the order to sender. I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund of the order which due to their pressurised selling and a mistake on my part during the ordering process when I accidentally fell for additional bottles at a cheaper price had cost me over £300. They refused to refund until they had received the goods back into their facility for over 5 days. That was the 28th February. Today is the 2nd May and still no refund. They are claiming they have not received the order back - but I only have their word for this and they won’t look into whether it’s sat on a desk somewhere or has even been received and then repacked and sent to some other poor person. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on. They don’t care about their customers it’s just one big money making racket. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt inclined to write a negative review about any business but this has been a terrible experience where I feel ripped off and foolish for trusting they would deliver on their guarantee. Buyer beware. I would never order from this company again. I will be pursuing this further.

The whole buying experience was a bit of a mess: my "initial" order was for about a 6 month supply. Somehow one of the orders was put on "refill" every month, so I got a notice to say my next 6 months stock was on its way about 3 weeks in. After a month, I do not perceive any differences, so I am about to request a refund on the initial order(s). I must admit, I found it very discouraging that after the hyped up sales pitch for the MCT product, once I ordered that I was offered more and mor things to ramp up effects!
