I have been using Dr. Gundry's products going on 2 years. I have experienced a reduction in sugar cravings and considerable weight loss. Prior to beginning Total Restore, I used BioComplex 3 and Metabolic Advanced. These products helped me achieve my healthier living goals. I am now using Total Restore and am experiencing immediate bowel emptying. My gut is enjoying not being "cramped" with unnecessary waste. I feel it has started working very soon. Although I already follow a lectin-free diet, I haven't noticed improvements in regularity until I tried the product. I suffer from IBS-C, SIBO, and Candida and I used to have proctitis.

It's been a little over a month I believe since I started Bio Complete and Total Restore and so far it really seems to be helping my digestive system, because I have suffered for years with IBS and it really seems to be working. I have taken this product off and on for about a year but started taking it seriously this past summer.
