I don’t feel as bloated . So far I feel great and my bowel movements have been getting more normal . Looking forward in having more energy .

I don't even try it yet, I didnt recive it, Is more than a month and I don't know where my product is.

So far I have been losing a little weight. Definitely seem to not be craving a bund of sweets. Only been on it a partial month but have lost 5lbs already.

My wife and I loved the product, i.e. taste, easy to prepare and gut health improvement.

When I take it my sugar and carb cravings disappear. I hardly notice anything until I realize I haven’t needed my afternoon snack. 2/5/24

Gundry Total Restore has changed me by one factor. Consistent bowel movements once or sometimes twice a day. I am on day 29 of taking it. There may be other factors that may change over time of taking it but for now that is where I stand. It is an excellent product.
