I seem to have more energy. I have lost inches but not weight, yet!!

I get too many emails and I don't know why. I would like info that helps me keep track of what I ordered and if any orders are coming. I would like shorter emails that get to the point. bl Now again we are going in circles & I don't like it.

I think lifespans up to 1,000 years are possible with this Exodus Annointing Oil recipe. Myrrh oil or gum 1 teaspoon, Cinnamon oil 1/2 teaspoon, Hemp oil or Hemp milk 1 teaspoon, Ceylon Cinnamon oil 1 teaspoon, Grocery Store brand Olive oil 10 tablespoons, (Or High-Polyphenol concentration Gundry Olive is 1240 mg/L, about 30 times the polyphenol concentration of most grocery store olive oils, so only 1 teaspoon ) I wish you would sell it as a product! Berg Bread would also be a great product! Along with Frozen Microwaveable Gundry meals made solely with Gundry Yes Foods!

I really like the taste. Mixing has been a challenge. Sometimes I end up with chunks of the powder in the bottom. Shaking with ice has helped.

I love the ProPlant product; it helps me manage my weight. I love the chocolate flavor. I blend the ProPlant product with bananas every morning for breakfast.
