Product is proving to be a positive so far, energy levels have improved immediately and continue through the 2weeks of use. Sleep seems to be improved also. Great and prompt feedback from customer service also, as there was a mix up in order. Handled by gundry staff promptly and efficiently!

The ProPlant Complete Shake performs as advertised. I take in the morning and I don’t need to eat until after lunchtime. Using it along with vital reds or greens has eliminated my acid reflux. Great stuff

First of all, the flavor is amazing, so I look forward to taking it. I felt more energetic and more in control of my appetite. The problem is the price, it’s too costly to replenish on a regular basis.

I enjoy drinking something I know is good for me and Gundry approved. The taste is satisfying and I mix it with filtered water. My only suggestion would be to make it colorless as it tends to stain the teeth somewhat, despite a shot of Dr.Gundry olive oil after brushing teeth. Does it have to be orange or red in the vitals? Otherwise I feel great consuming my beverages daily! Thanks Dr Gundry!

My experience with this product has been excellent. The taste is wonderful and how it works with the body is exactly as described by Dr. Gundry. I drink a tablespoon every day, and I drizzle it on salads, use it in sauces, and I love the flavor that it adds to gluten-free pasta when I’m cooking it. I also tried the doctor suggestion of using it as an adjunct to toothpaste, and it works in exactly the way the doctor described.

Dr. Gundrys products are amazing. I am currently on the MCT product and it has helped immensely with my health journey with weight loss. MCT gives the boost that's needed with my clean diet and recently recommenced going to the gym 2x weekly. I feel the MCT has helped with my metabolism despite previous attempts in losing weight the healthy way.

Initially I was sent the wrong product but I called and it was fixed right away - very friendly staff. Product is very high quality and DELICIOUS - I put it in my shakes. I cant say for sure if my energy is up because its pretty good anyway but this stuff is really yummy!

Im 60 yrs old and a 1st time buyer of MCT Wellness. My experience purchasing is a great one!! I purchased 6 jars's of Watermelon Lemonade flavor: Great discount price. Received product within 5 days. Tastes great. No problem chugging down. Mixes ok. There will be a little clumping while mixing. Let it sit for 5 min. or so to help dissolve, then remix. When you buy products from Dr. Gundry, read, read, read the science behind his products and information provided. It is an education!!! It is with HIGH IMPORTANCE to realize that when you purchase a product, buy more than one at a time so you can start noticing the full effect. I am almost done with my second jar. Within 2 weeks i felt more energetic-ESP. In my workouts & more regulated in my bowel movements. At my age, i do get brain fog once in a while. Once or twice in a month. I believe this product will help , but you have to give it time. If you want fast results, see you doctor to consume Pharma. drugs. No thanks!! Here is one trick i discovered. I workout in the morning for 75 min. 15 min. of stretching. By mid day i feel fatigued? Just feel so tired!! I take MCT and it honestly takes the fatigue away in about 30 min. or so!! Amazing!! Started noticing this after about the first week. Now it is consistent. After i complete my 6 jars, i will take a 1 month break from using MCT to see how i feel.
