Shipping experience was great. I got delivery faster than expected, with updates on en-route progress, plus a note the day of delivery that signature would be required so I was able to adjust my schedule (would have been better to know that farther in advance). The gloves are beautiful: butter-soft leather, lovely teal green/blue color. Fingers a bit too long (I have normal-length fingers), but should be ok once I've worn the gloves a bit and they adjust to my hand.

Quick, thorough email communication from customer service when changes in my order were needed. Everything arrived in USA in perfect condition.
