Very disappointed in customer service
Very disappointed in customer service. I’ve spent in excess of 4000 US dollars in less than one year. One item (less than 100 US dollars) was a different color vs. described / visualized on webpage. Requested a replacement but was denied.

Great experience/products in person and online
Last spring we were Florence and a thunderstorm came through. We ducked into a doorway and it turned out to be Misuri. The people were so nice, the shop was wonderful. Many fond memories. With the anniversary of our trip approaching, it is nice to see online shopping with Misuri is just as enjoyable. Great products, Great service.
