I recently visited the store in Florence Italy! It was amazing. Loved EVERYTHING in the store. Wanted to order my husband and son belts for fathers day. I went on line and did so directly with Misuri. I followed up with an email to the store. One of their representatives got back to me within 24 hours and confirmed she had located my order and was making sure it was taken care of ASAP! Belts arrived with initials included. They are beautiful. The quality is nothing like any other! So glad I decided to order directly from Misuri!

The website was clear and easy to use. I LOVED the size guide. I was in between sizes. I ordered larger but should have ordered smaller. They have a great return policy but I opted to give the gloves to my Mum. She was thrilled.

I am so frustrated! I bought a lovely Misuri purse when I was in Florence because I was told the quality is very good. I brought the purse home to the US and not even one week later, all of the stitching came loose and the handle fell off! I have been contacting customer service and they keep putting me off saying they have to check with manufacturer? I thought these were high quality leather items made locally….
