great products and great service quick delivery

I bought from this company thinking they were the other, more reputable company. The products from British Vitamins are NOT lab tested and the owner has been arrested and charged for selling fake products before. I will never buy from this business ever again.

I would not even give this a 1 star if I had my way. I placed an order 2 items was not in stock and i was given the option to wait for stock or to have a refund, I chose to have a refund which they confirmed on the 30.01.2025 that this was processed, all up till now I have not received the refund yet they are blaming some tech issues but there was lack in communication. I had emailed them to find out what was happening and to enquire where my order was on the 6th email they started answering me, coming with so fake narrative of why it's taken nearly a month to sort my refund out supposedly. Then to be offered to have my order be resent which I refused as I wouldn't be in to accept it and didn't want to run the risk of the order being stolen again if it was left on my door step like the other order. I asked to be refunded in full to be refused and to be told that I had received the order and that I shouldn't be ordering expensive thing to my property if there is a thief issue. Now really the unprofessional manner of Poppy-Ann is ridiculous instead of wanting to help she starts to be rude because I asked for a refund in full which I am entitled to. I have reported this business to the trading standards and also the ombudsman as my consumer rights have not been met, in the morning I am also contact my bank to arrange a charge back so I will receive my money and this business will incure charges. Do yourself a favour people and STAY clear of these jokers. UPDATE Your lying, you have not sent out any out of stock items, as I refused all orders to be delivered as i work and you can not agree that the order would not be left again. STOP lying I requested a refund before I found the public service announcement. You are MAD as I have done research and found you for the scammers that you are!!! If you really thought i had received the order why would you offer to resend it. You are scamming people this is why I gladly reported you to trading standards, the ombudsman and my bank. I have not made no false claims however, you are the one that is spinning false narratives. As advised in my previous email you will be contacted in due course by my bank. Payment on the website was a nightmare. Eventually found out the company was changing payment partners. Delivery took forever but the order did arrive, which is what it's all about 😊

How to distinguish legit supplement brand from marketing bs? From my experience: they have potassium and not just magnesium in "minerals" section. These guys tick all the boxes for me: They have all minerals i need to supplement (on keto-carnivore) don't have fillers, packaging and product size options are amazing, you can try a bit or buy in bulk.

The service was great, and without any delays or issue. After a few days, I noticed the difference in myself, and don't suffer from lack of energy or heaviness in my body, and best of all, I'm sleeping better than ever. I feel lighter and my mind is clearer!
