They rip you off if buying direct, they sell it cheaper on Ebay even though there's ebay fees, The hassle free returns is a lie too. They have totally ignored my return request Order 26697, ordered on the 6th, return requested on the 13th, today is the 20th. No response at all, shocking customer service and he is claiming I never ordered Return request now declined on the 24th saying items not eligible for a refund. Totally against distance selling regulations. I don't need to email you when I have done a return request through your website, why would you have a returns process on your website if you don't want people to use it and how can you claim to know nothing about it when you declined the return. Stop saying you have had no contact from me, I started a return through your website as your website says to do, YOU then declined that return after ignoring it for a week claiming I was not a customer, you only responded to the return by declining it after I opened a complaint with shopify. I do not need to give a reason for returns as I started the return with 14 days as per distance selling regulations.
