Questionable quality hens low price.

I had an email exchange with one of the owners, Krzysztof 'Chris' Jankowski, requesting documentation to verify that the mushroom extract I purchased was indeed a 20:1 extract. Unfortunately, he never sent me any documentation. I then sent a follow-up email requesting a refund, which also went unanswered. The quality and content of the supplements are questionable, likely explaining the low price. I feel scammed! AFTER READING YOUR REPLY: (I write here because you don't answer your email.) It is not feasible for me to return the product due to high shipping charges. Therefore, I am requesting that you provide documentation that confirms the mushroom extracts I bought from you are indeed 20:1 extracts. If your products are legitimate, this should be easily accessible and provided to your customers. It seems that the positive reviews are from individuals who have not challenged the legitimacy of your products. As a non-British citizen, I am limited in my ability to seek assistance from British authorities, but I hope that future unhappy customers will do so to put an end to this seemingly profitable scam. AFTER READING YOUR UPDATED REPLAY: Where is the documentation attached? It is not here and I have not received an email from you. Is this another trick? The case is still not resolved as per 21.October.2024, 5 months after I was scammed by British Vitamins.
