Their advert on television said the vitamins were all British. As I suffer with an allergy I rang them before I ordered and she confirmed they were all British made with no colouring in. When my order came it said on the front of the packet they were from Indonesia

Avoid ! Company is not responding to emails requesting a refund after following the instructions on their website to do so. I queried the fact their company is dissolved on Companies house and has left me in doubt as to the quality or content of the Plant sterols I ordered. I was advised they would get back to me as this was 'fake news' but have never responded since. Their 5 star rating applies only to food hygiene standards (such as a restaurant requires) and not to any product standards. There is a use by date but no Batch numbers and no indictation who is the 3rd party they say is verifying the product. There are no official stamps or logos to endorse the product. My packet of tablets arrived smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. I have now taken the matter to my Bank to get a refund and will be reporting to trading Standards. Your response is both rude and unacceptable. I have contacted you on many occasions and you have never responded. I am nothing to do with British supplements who seem to sound strangely just like you. If trust pilot allows this kind of response then I shall not be using them again either.

I had full trust and no issues with placing and receiving my order..HOWEVER, after noticing a review on here that claimed this company was dissolved I looked it uo.on company house. Please kindly clarify Sirs, company house showing your registered business as being dissolved on 12mar but clearly you are still trading (my purchase was at least 10days after) . Why this discrepancy? As you can imagine, the purchase of your products hinges predominantly on trust..as a consumer, one can only trust the supplements contain what is advertised at the dosage mentioned. However continue to trade when not permitted to do by law is a major cause for eroding trust in all areas of your business. : EDIT.. I just saw email. Company house definitely shows company as dissolved. Perhaps you need tp contact them to correct any errors..also see their announcements in financial gazette
