I have bought from British Vitamins a few times. So far I have bought the L. Gasseri and Rhodiola with good results and I have just purchased the marine collagen capsules. With all 3 purchases, the products arrived in good time and were well packaged.

My supplements always turn up when they are ment to if there are any problems with supply they inform you immediately and offer a refund or to wait for supply's

I bought Virgin Olive Oil Vitamin D softgel supplements from British Vitamins and they arrived in good time. However, the ingredients on the packaging claimed they were made from sunflower oil, not virgin olive oil as advertised on their website. Despite multiple requests for a return label, the seller provided vague assurances that he would send me one, over a period of three weeks and three emails later with the last reply reading he would send me one later that day. A few more days pass and still nothing, so I contacted Amazon Pay for assistance, and they acted on my behalf and eventually Amazon pay refunded me in full. All this occured over a period of a month. As for sending me the correct vitamins, there was no mention to me they would do this and the first response I received from them was the following, "yes there is mistake in print on the pouches but im happy to send return label and send refund". If they had sent me the correct vitamins it's been two months, I'm still waiting for those and the return label but I won't hold my breath. Consider this experience before making a purchase decision with this company.

I am a new customer to this company. I ordered 2 packets of lichen sourced higher strength vitamin D tablets. When they arrived the tablet packaging had a headline label as being vitamin D sourced from ‘Linchen’ . I emailed the company to ask them about this and was sent the detailed blurb about the benefits of lichen. The email I sent had not been read and understood. I then lost confidence in the product so I will not be taking the tablets or ordering again from this company.

Delivery was LONG. Communication was non existent.

Liked the follow up on my order to ensure that the delivery was on time and tracked. Product its self seems to have had a significant effect on my symptoms, namely tremors. I have not changed my prescribed medication and take one capsule midday as a supplement. It’s only been a week but so far the results have been very positive.
