I had been using tranquility booster pads, stacking them but still needing more absorbency. I looked at the NorthShore website and saw their pads rated higher at 6, so I ordered four packages instead of requesting samples like I should have done. I got the small size and yet they seem to be too wide at 4" and when the pad filled up with urine, it passed right on thru to the pull up so that the front and both sides got really wet along with my nightgown. Two nights in a row convinced me the pads were not going to work for me; the six rating was meaningless. I don't think of myself as a heavy "pee-er" but do have a frequently steady flow of small amounts whenever I change positions or get up. The tranquility pads are also 4" wide tho they don't have the straight across edge at the top but I don't have the problem of urine flowing out into the front and sides of the pull up. Do you have any suggestions to fix this? I was really hoping to finally be settled on a pull up with booster pads that I can mostly count on and now am back to the drawing board and getting worn out with it. I did order the extra small pads tonight to try them out along with more of the tranquility pads; they're only 3 3/4" wide.

Hi, I have been bowel/bladder incontinent for over thirty years stemming from cancer and radiation. These are really great adult sized diapers that contain alot, especially if you are not feeling well, need sleep or disabled as I am. Looked on line for supplies and this company caught my eye for a tuck in chux. Requested a call back and as promised they called within 30sec. The woman I spoke with was kind and helped me decide what would be best for my client. Order was placed, confirmation was received and package delivered on time. I have not yet washed the Chux(xl) and sheets stayed dried first night using them!!!

I thought I ordered size large but I may not have. They are a tight fit but they fit nonetheless.

Hi, I order my regular shipment of tab style briefs after my normal store was out of stock. I checked with NorthShore and found the same diapers available in my size. The shipping was fast and it was nice to receive some sample diapers along with my order. The samples are too small but it was a nice gesture. The only draw back is the price. These are about 20% higher than my normal store because of having to pay for shipping. It would be nice if shipping was free with orders over $50.00.

The samples that I ordered arrived quickly and are true to NorthShore's reputation of supplying quality products! I am pleased with the service and product. An order will be forthcoming.
