Order was shipped out on time but got delivered a few days later cause fedex had lost the package

Been a customer for the past several years. The customer service I've experienced has been amazing recently started a job with a 5-hour commute twice a week being able to redirect my orders to the local Walgreens is a life-saver for when I can't be at home to pick up the order along with being able to redirect my orders closer to where I'm staying for work.

Great products, pretty fast shipping and they threw in some nice samples.

Customer service & shipping was excellent. The product does not fit like the samples I received. (Someone else commented about this problem.) Not an accurate advertisement. Samples and actual product should be the same. Whoever designs needs to be notified. The drawings and/or design are not correct. All departments should be using the same guidelines when making the products.

The GoSupreme underwear is the only brand I have tried that really works. I have severe incontinence and have tried every brand there is, always waking up wet in the morning. With the North Shore Go Supreme my bladder has finally met it's match! Thank you!
