I find my condition extremely embarrassing and difficult to talk about. The products I find in stores do not work, so I found the Northshore website. Was able to get a recommendation over live chat, and so avoiding what for me would be a very awkward phone conversation. The company rep was very helpful, not only recommending a product, but sending some samples to try. They worked! The quality was beyond anything they sell in the stores, like night and day! Will be ordering more. Grateful to this company.

Brought two waterproof pad before. They were a soft material and pliable. This one stiff,not quilted on both sides and hard to get in washer but it did work protecting the mattress

I have been using depends most of the time I have had to use garments. I ordered the north shore supreme. I have had no issues with leaks and I have not had to change as often!! For me I am pleased with the purchase and look foreword to continue purchasing with North Shores and I would recommend this site to anyone.

They ship quickly, customer service is nice. Very prompt too. I ordered a sample (at the end of business hours) and got an update that even after business hours it had been entered..and shipped the next day. Someone worked overtime on that, and they didn’t have to. Very good company. Good selection of diapers. Shopping however, even in a case, isn’t free. It seems a bit excessive, and really digs into my pocket. I understand but I’m still a bit put off. However. I need diapers for both urinary and fecal incontinence. Their mega max diapers, and the betterdry are very good. Never had a leak or failure within regular and expected use. They have good rates and prompt delivery. I never run out. Good company. Fast service and fast delivery. Quality diapers. Thanks!
