u don't have any male incontinence briefs to accommodate a radically enlarged scrotal sac, with the consequence that i will likely not be making many future purchases from u. Waist size is not a sufficient determinant of brief size for someone like me. Hence, although i am not gigantic (6ft, 344lbs, 54"waist), everything u sell is too small for me. Considering that my condition is becoming far more common as other vets return from the middle east where the enemy's weapon is roadside IEDs which do extensive damage to one's lower body parts. I guess I expected more from u.
