I booked the service online, customer services were quick to get back with an accurate quote and communication was very easy. The cleaning went smoothly and we're very happy with the outcome. Will definitely call again in a few months for routine mattress and carpet cleaning.

I'm frankly baffled at the number of 5 star reviews. Poor cleaning job and poor customer service. I booked a end of tenancy clean, with several problems: - Poor job cleaning with visible issues in the bathroom and kitchen, subsequently called out in the inventory report - Did not call before completion to hand over keys as previously arranged - Turned on all the kitchen appliances including the freezer which was defrosted, causing it to refrost over with ice covering the drawers as they did not close the door properly - When they went back to fix, they did not take proper photos (as per their service agreement) thus unable to prove to check out clerk it was re-cleaned. When asked repeatedly to go back, they just said "sorry these photos are all we have, we checked it" - Really poor customer service from Vladimir, doesn't seem like English is his first language, but he made several claims such as "it could not be cleaner", "it has been cleaned to our highest standards". If this is the case their standards are way too low!

Booking was easy. The technician was excellent: quiet, friendly and efficient. He put his back into the job; even removed a stubborn carpet stain in my wife's office. A great service which we will continue to use.
