Fab service for an end of tenancy cleaning - arrived exactly on time, were professional and thorough. I had forgotten to mention something that needed cleaning and they immediately changed the service on the day to include it. I got all of my deposit back, was very impressed with the service.

Very efficient and professional team -- a pleasure to deal with and left the flat in a great condition!

Positives: - the cleaner was punctual and arrived on time - good communication in advance with head office - the clean was good enough for us to get our deposit back (although some items were not cleaned very thoroughly) Negatives: - communication with CleanerCleaner on the day was poor - they were not very responsive which was particularly difficult given that the cleaner spoke little to no English (and so we had to use head office as a go between) - the clean didn't seem very professional - limited equipment and lower quality products used - the cleaner spoke very little English and so it was almost impossible to liaise about details of the clean on the day - areas not cleaned as well as I would have expected. We felt we could have done a better job ourselves in places - some damage done to the extractor fan during the clean - itemised invoice took a very long time to prepare and we weren't confident that it was correct We booked CleanerCleaner based on excellent reviews even though they were at the more expensive end of the market. Unfortunately we felt that we got a very basic service that didn't match their reputation and price.

Very good experience throughout. I needed a mattress cleaned and Christina was very helpful and helped me in the whole process from booking the appointment to facilitating the work of the cleaner. The job was done perfectly.

Plenty of information and examples of work given to help make my decision to use this company and I've very glad that I did.Quick & efficient service & notified when operative was running late. Helpful, personable staff and a good experience overall. Excellent result removing a big red wine stain from a very visible area of a pale yellow textured velvet armchair. I will certainly use them again .
