Booked this cleaning company to do our E.O.T cleaning. They were quite a bit more expensive than other cleaning companies (£190 for 1 bedroom apartment) but was assured after reading good reviews on here. On the day the cleaner turned up an hour late with just a suitcase and no tools, this didn't feel me with a lot of confidence. The cleaner did a terrible job and when I email the company to complain they refused to rectify the areas I bought up as this would be an extra charge. For the amount of money, I paid I would expect them to clean basic things like bathroom mould as a bare minimum. Don't waste your money using this company, they're far cheaper options out there that will do a better job.

We engaged Cleaner Cleaner Ltd to carry out an end of tenancy clean on our apartment. From start to finish the process was very simple. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and polite and they sent "after" photos so we could see what had been done since we have now moved out so couldn't see for ourselves. They carried out an excellent job and the apartment was sparkling, even the oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Would highly recommend this company.

Received the most outstanding service from Cleaner Cleaner today and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were able to remove terrible stains from the communal area of my flat, including the stairs, and they look brand new again! The customer service team who I spoke to in advance of their visit were so friendly and patient as I asked many questions prior to the visit. The man who came to do the cleaning was extremely efficient and did such a thorough job. He really went above and beyond by cleaning the carpeting around the stains as well. Thank you so much!
