Articles de qualité, promotions intéressantes, utilisation possible d'une carte cadeau tout aussi intéressante, retours faciles, ..... UN GRAND REGRET : les frais de livraison sont particulièrement onéreux ce qui a pour effet de freiner les envies de commandes répétées. Exemple 10 commandes espacées = 160 € !!!!! C'est un problème majeur. Dommage.

I sent back a return as the item was fautly. They refused it saying it was worn. PayPal then approved my refund, so I sent it back a second time. This company obviously knows it’s way around this, when shipping internationally they have to pay a tax to have it released from customs, when they refuse this, it means it gets sent back to you, which meant they claim the return wasn’t received and won’t give you your money back! It’s disgraceful that they can get away with this especially when selling so many elite brands. Do not SHOP FROM HERE!!! choose another retailer that actually values there customers.
