I’m literally in absolute tears right now , im a 16 year old and i got my first pay check and decided to order beautiful new balances from this website (luisaviaroma) on Sunday 13th July and it’s now Wednesday 17th July and my ordering is still processing. After hours of crying I then decided to pay for a website to call the Italian company and staff have also been very helpful , telling me because of a sale it will take about 4 days to get shipped . I need this order desperately before Saturday 20th July 2024. If I get my order before then , I will delete this review . My order number is T0011582249. I also paid for express shipping which was £16.00. Please I beg the staffs to make my order come before Saturday 20th July and an amazing review will be going towards this company.

Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza ho fatto un acquisto il giorno 12/07 e dopo aver pagato una spedizione alla modica cifra di €10,00, con la promessa di una consegna in 1-2 giorni lavorativi mi sarei aspettata un servizio di consegna più rapido o come minimo avere qualche aggiornamento riguardanti lo stato dell’ordine, invece non ho ricevuto alcuna attenzione da parte vostra. Sinceramente è la prima volta che acquisto presso di voi e ho avuto un impressione alquanto pessima, spero di ricredermi.

Ho acquistato sul sito già due volte e mi sono trovata benissimo: sito molto bello e ricco di prodotti, pacchetti imballati con grandissima cura e tempi di consegna veloci.

Con 10€ di spedizione bisogna offrire un servizio all’altezza. Il pacco dovrebbe esser inviato il giorno successivo, non bisogna aspettare 5 giorni come mi ha detto il servizio clienti telefonicamente ed altri 2 per riceverlo. Da rivedere 10€ di spedizione con articoli già costosi o vengano spediti nell’immediato in modo tale da giustificare un minimo le spese!

I was told delivery take 2-3working days but I am in my 4th day now and it still showing processing.Delivery times is a lie don’t fall for them .
